		<description>Crazy isn't it?  It's strange to think that one of the things that is universal in customer behavior is the affinity for the dirty table.  What gives?  I surely don't get it.  

And of course, then they look at the dirty table and say, "Can you clean this off for us?"  As if I haven't cleaned it simply because the thought never occured to me, instead of because I've been too busy to get to it yet.</description>
