We know that they eat chickens, and lots of them.

But roosters?

Princess felt that by the time a chicken was old enough to be a rooster, it would be too tough to eat, and that ppl would prefer to eat the more pliable flesh of young chickens than denser rooster flesh.

I argued that the ‘chickens’ we eat are all hens, and that hens don’t grow up to be roosters.

But then, we have this chicken franchise here in Australia called ‘Red Rooster’, so it seems to be false advertising for them to not sell cooked roosters.

Plus, in all the cartoons and movies, the rooster is always getting its head chopped off with an axe to serve as dinner.
